City Center Lofts Showcase: A Tour of Vision and Community

Did you know that 43% of the households in Green Bay are living paycheck to paycheck?  While the cost of living is going up, members of our community are struggling to find affordable housing.  

The Gateway Collective is an innovative charitable organization dedicated to providing a unique "upstream" model to help hard working families avoid housing instability and to realize their upward mobility goals.  This model provides high quality. affordable, and supportive workforce housing through a model called Socially Inclusive Housing.  Backed by doctoral research and a direct response to the needs of our community, the Socially Inclusive Housing model is proven to decrease cost of living, improve wellbeing, and increase civic engagement for tenants.

The Gateway Collective is opening the first Socially Inclusive Housing project, City Center Lofts in the coming weeks.  Theresa Ostert and Antonio Le cordially invited to an evening of inspiration with the Board and Staff of The Gateway Collective.  You'll learn more about The Gateway Collective, our approach to meet the needs of the community, take a tour of City Center Lofts and discover ways you can get involved.
