Gracayalny's - Green Bay WI
A unique and immersive experience
You are invited to join The Gateway Collective, a local non-profit focused on serving households on the brink of homelessness, for a unique and immersive experience. We are excited to take you on a journey that will allow you to see life through the perspective of those we are serving at The Gateway Collective.
Throughout the "Gateway Home - It's a Wonderful Life" event, you will be treated to live music and a wide range of small plates from downtown Green Bay's best restaurants. You will be able to network with others who are passionate about our city, while also having the option to bid on auction items and purchase raffle tickets to support the single parents, hardworking families and active aging adults served by The Gateway Collective.
The highlight of the evening will be a special interactive experience that guides you through City Center Lofts, the first Socially Inclusive Housing project of The Gateway Collective. This portion of the evening will be an opportunity for you to engage all your senses. You will gain insight about the programs that hardworking, cost-burdened members of our community have access to as they seek support, connection, and purpose in their home.
Because this is a one-time-only immersive event, you won't want to miss out on attending, so be sure to buy your tickets for our very first Gala! Your support will have impact on generations to come.

Young professionals, hard working families, and aging adults benefit from our model of affordability for all. Our Community Resource Advocate helps provide on-site support by navigating tenants to partner resources which will lead them to upward economic mobility.
The Results:
Our housing model is a direct response to the needs of Northeast Wisconsin and is consistently proven to:
-
Improve life satisfaction
-
Decrease cost of living
-
Increase civic engagement
The Gateway Collective is a Green Bay based non-profit started out of St. John's Ministries in 2023. The motivation to start The Gateway Collective came out of a desire to provide a preventative approach to the homelessness challenges facing Green Bay. Led by the former Executive Director at St. John's Ministries, Dr. Lexie Rehn and her team are blazing a path with an innovative model focused on providing affordable and supportive housing for our local workforce. This model, called Socially Inclusive Housing is proven to increase civic engagement, improve wellbeing and decrease cost of living for those in need.
Like St. John's Ministries, The Gateway Collective is founded and rooted in Christian values. And while our focus will be different, both organizations will seek to tackle homelessness and housing instability from different angles.
