Phase 2 of the Hope. Home. Community Capital Campaign is focused on Socially Inclusive Housing (SIH), a revolutionary approach to housing instability and community building in Green Bay.
In early 2023, St. John’s Ministries formed a new 501(c)(3) focused solely on the housing needs of the greater Green Bay area in efforts to help stabilize and strengthen our community.
St. John's Ministries will continue to operate as a seasonal shelter of last resort. The Gateway Collective, exists to ensure the successful implementation of socially inclusive housing in our area while also offering resources to help build economic and social stability.
The Gateway Collective is formed
Our first Socially Inclusive Housing project is located on the second floor of the former Bay Lake Bank building in the heart of downtown Green Bay.
City Center Lofts will feature:
72 units from 1-4 bedrooms
Every unit includes washer, dryer, and full kitchens

Interior "main street corridors" which are wide, naturally lit and designed specifically to encourage social connection give a neighborhood feeling to tenants.
Large Community Room for events, meals and partner engagement
Temperature controlled bike storage
On-site Community Resource Advocate to support forward motion and connectivity of tenants

Named Gift Opportunities are a lasting way to partner with St. John’s Ministries as we acquire and renovate a building for socially inclusive housing.
As part of “Hope. Home. Community” capital campaign, we are offering the following donor recognition opportunities. Donors at the following levels will have the opportunity to name the feature listed below.
Recognition will be provided with signage and all named gifts will be consistent with St. John’s values and are subject to availability and change.
All Donors who make gifts of $1,000 or more will be recognized on a donor wall at the Micah Center.
