City Center Lofts

Located in the heart of Green Bay Wisconsin, City Center Lofts is our flagship Socially Inclusive Housing project.

City Center Lofts features 72 high-quality units for all income levels.  With prime location and wrap around support, City Center Lofts will make a powerful impact for working individuals and families.

Construction will be complete and open to tenants spring of 2024!

Amenities

City Center Lofts will be professionally managed and offer a number of on-site and partner amenities.

Fitness Center

24 hour access to onsite fitness center in addition to full-service partner access to the YMCA.

Community Room

Connection is key to City Center Lofts.  The Community Room will be the hub of activity for tenants.

Extra Space

Hallways are extra wide with seating to encourage connection.  Ceilings in units are 15-18' to accommodate lofts in most units.

Meal / Grocery Drop Off Zone

A number of spaces in the front of the buildingwill be readily available to meal drop off services such as uber eats.

Washer and Dryer

For convenience of our tenants, washer and dryer will be available in all units 

Full kitchen

All stainless steel appliances: dishwasher, range, oven, and microwave withsolid surface counters throughout.

Both exterior doors and interior units

Outdoor Patio

Located off the Community Room, the outdoor patio will be spacious and feature a grilling area.

Indoor Bike Storage

Tenants will be able to keep their bike in a secure, temperature-controlled space.

Mail Room

Staffed, secure delivery of mail and packages for all tenants located at the first floor office area.

Private Loading Dock and Freight Elevator

Move in and out are now a breeze.  Tenants will also enjoy weekly grocery delivery from our partner

Natural Light

Through an innovative design, natural light will flood the entire building

Lofts

Nearly all units will maximize space with loft areas.  Most lofts have bedrooms, space for office or common usage

Supporting working individuals and families to have upward mobility takes committed partners willing to add value to the community.  We've assembled in impressive team of partners who will step to to help our tenants thrive on a number of dimensions of wellbeing.  Our onsite Community Resource Advocate will guide tenants to a number of community benefits including financial advisors, health and wellness providers, job coaching, spiritual connectedness, afterschool / child care and more.  City Center Lofts is housing that works.
