The Joseph Project is a faith-based program which equips and empowers community members toward greater vocational opportunities.  Participants experience a 4-day transformational life skills training program and then are offered a chance to interview with a company willing to hire at a living wage.

Graduates of the Joseph Project receive transportation as part of the program to eliminate barriers and help them succeed. How it works

Joseph Project is an intensive 5 day course which focuses on enhancing life skills, resume building and interview mastery.

How to get started?

  1. Attend a Wednesday Info Session to learn more about the program and see if it's a good mutual fit

  2. Joseph Project coordinator will contact you the next day to confirm if you are "in" for an upcoming course

  3. Attend Friday Orientation

  4. Attend a course which typically starts the following week
